Versatile payment acceptance

SmartLink readers are versatile and easy-to-use. These systems can read both chip-based loyalty cards and mag-stripe credit cards and debit cards, giving your customer the option to choose how they want to pay. If you’re looking to accept credit cards and debit cards, an internet connection is required.

*In the event of an internet outage, your system will remain functional through the ESD® SmartCard.

SmartLink systems connect directly to the internet through reliable high-speed wireless technology. If there is a loss of internet connection for any reason, the CardSlides are designed to continue accepting loyalty SmartCards allowing for the machines to remain operational.

Reliable laundry management software

Our management software, MyLaundryLink, makes it easy for operators to login and get real-time information about their laundries. Track credit card and debit card income, change pricing programs, track loyalty card income on all washers and dryers that use an ESD® CardSlide, as well as VTM™ activity with this innovative software. Simply connect to the internet and log on to MyLaundryLink using your unique username and password to view real-time stats or access reports.

SmartLink MoneyCards and Loyalty Cards

ESD® loyalty cards make it easy for your customers to carry value on cards without having to carry cash to the laundry room. To add value to their cards, your customers use the laundry’s Value Transfer Machines (VTM™) and use the cards to pay at the washer and dryer of their choice. As an added bonus, the artwork on the cards can be fully customized to display your brand.

SmartLink Wireless CardSlide Readers

Mounted directly on the washer or dryer, ESD® CardSlide Readers are easy to use. Your sales representative will help you determine whether the SmartLink wireless Ruby CardSlide Reader or the SmartLink wireless Serial CardSlide Reader is best for your business based on your needs. Both systems can accept loyalty cards, as well as credit cards, and debit cards with an internet connection. They are designed to make it simple for your customers to seamlessly pay for their laundry.

Value Transfer Machines (VTM™)

At ESD® we offer several different VTM™’s which work with the SmartLink system. These machines can either be centrally located in a secure area or inside the laundry itself and can be easily selected based on the payment options needed.

Management Cards

CardSlide Readers are easy to set up with the use of Management Cards. All CardSlide Reader networks come pre-configured and the Management Cards allow you to control and test this connection. The cards also allow you to test machines once you install without having to use personal debit cards of credit cards.

MyLaundryLink

MyLaundryLink is an internet-based management software that allows you to remotely manage each CardSlide reader and make real-time changes to the CardSlide programming. It also allows you to collect transaction data and view and print a variety of reports based on your needs.

CyclePay App

This ESD® smartphone app is available for both iPhones and Androids. To start, your customers simply download the CyclePay app, sign in to add value, and by entering the machine number or scanning the QR code, can easily start the machine and pay. One the machine has started your customer can head out and simply wait for the notification on the app that their laundry is done.  Your customers will love the easy-to-use app which, when linked to a loyalty card, they can easily view past transactions and check the balance on their account.
