Electronic Payment Systems for Multi-Housing Laundry
Our electronic laundry payment systems allow residents to operate laundry equipment using a variety of payment methods (credit cards, debit cards, loyalty cards, coins, cash, select smartphone payments, and more), depending on the system selected. Laundry operators can even gain access to superior laundry management systems, such as MyLaundryLink for wireless systems, and LaundryLogic for smartcard systems, depending on which product is used.

The easy way to pay with your phone, CyclePay is a mobile payment technology. To start, your customers simply download the mobile app, sign in to add value, and by entering the machine number or scanning the QR code, can easily start the machine and pay. CyclePay is fully integrated with ESD® MyLaundryLink so owners/operators can manage all locations from a single interface.

Simple to use and set up, the SmartCard is our flagship product! This system is the favorite for multi-housing laundry operators and is used at thousands of locations across the globe. To start, residents use a SmartCard or MoneyCard with a small, embedded computer chip, to pay for and use laundry equipment. With chip-based cards there’s no need for on-site or off-site databases, and each card stores all necessary information for that user.

SmartLink uses high-speed WIFI to accept credit cards, debit cards, and ESD® SmartCards. With multiple payment technologies accepted in a single multi-use CardSlide Reader, residents can easily pay at the machine using their preferred payment method. Laundry operators also benefits with easy tracking of equipment usage, income, reporting, and can even tweak equipment programming through MyLaundryLink, ESD’s® wireless system management website.

CrossLink allows residents to pay at the washer or dryer with coins, debit cards, and credit cards. By easing the burden of coin collection, CrossLink allows operators to keep their coin acceptance while also accepting credit cards. Like the SmartLink product line, CrossLink supports MyLaundryLink, ESD’s® wireless system management website.

The new ESD® Trident payment device provides the most technologically advanced acceptance for all payment options. The Trident reader is PCI compliant and EMV chip enabled, allowing for the highest level of credit card acceptance and the added bonus of tap and go convenience. With multiple solutions supported for store branded loyalty cards as well as the ability to use the ESD® CyclePay smartphone app, the Trident reader enables you to provide your customer with the payment flexibility they need.
