System Benefits of CrossLink
Simple to install and operate
CrossLink is easy to install and manage and brings more payment options to residents. Through the use of MyLaundryLink you can also remotely manage each CardSlide reader to easily make real-time changes to the CardSlide programming, run remotes, monitor your laundries, and more.
Swift payment reliability
When a credit card or debit card is swiped, the CrossLink CardSlide reads the information and quickly determines whether the payment method is approved. Once the card is approved, a small green light on the external card swipe will illuminate and a pulse is sent to start the machine. If the card is denied, a small red light will illuminate in the same location.
Retain customers who prefer coin usage
Because CrossLink allows you to accept coins in addition to credit cards, and debit cards, it helps you retain residents who prefer the use of quarters while also reducing coin usage and the hassles associated with coin usage by offering additional payment options.

CrossLink CardSlide Readers
Because CrossLink systems also accept coins, the CardSlide Readers are strategically located so they don’t interfere with coin acceptance. An external swipe mounts on the front of the machine for easy access for customers and the more sophisticated components are installed inside for greater security. The CardSlide readers have wireless antennas which connect with a router mounted out of sight on location.
Management Cards
CrossLink CardSlide Readers are easy to set up with the use of Management Cards. All CardSlide Reader networks come pre-configured and the Management Cards allow you to control and test this connection. The cards also allow you to test machines once you install without having to use personal debit cards of credit cards.
