Depending on the CardSlide Reader you select, the Synergy system can accept loyalty cards and coins at the washer or dryer. With loyalty cards, your customers can easily add value using the ESD® Value Transfer Machine (VTM™) which accepts a variety of payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards and tap and pay cards.
Because Synergy isn’t reliant on the internet, the system is simple to install and incredibly reliable. It can also come with a smartcard backup so laundry owners can use login using a computer, smartphone, or tablet and remotely monitor their laundries, run reports, and track income.

Synergy laundries use personalized magnetic stripe loyalty cards which customers add value to using the ESD® Value Transfer Machine (VTM™). These loyalty cards are relatively inexpensive because they use magnetic stripe technology and don’t have any processing fees.
MyLaundryLink is an internet-based management software that allows you to remotely manage each CardSlide reader, make instant changes to the CardSlide programming, and get the real-time reports you need, right when you need them. Another added bonus of this powerful software is the email alerts vended laundry owners receive when laundry equipment is inactive or broken.
Several different VTM™’s which work with the SmartCard system, allow your customers to add value to their SmartCards and Money/Loyalty Cards. At ESD® we offer a variety of VTM™’s, from a basic cash-to-card machine to a customer-friendly interactive touch screen. Depending on the type of machine, they are capable of accepting both cash and cards.
Also known as the ESD® Payment Center, VTM™’s can display advertising or promotional graphics and videos when not in use. Your payment center can be set up to track employee time and attendance data, create and review service log entries, and is equipped with as many as 14 language choices (choose up to four at a time).
