At the core of the CyberWash system are two computers which house and manage all accounting information. These independent units have mirrored hard drives that synchronize to ensure the same information is on each unit. The redundancy provides an additional level of security should there be an error with either computer and is designed to keep vended laundry continuously operating. The CyberWash system is remotely accessible giving you 24/7 admission to a variety of income reports as well as the ability to change vend prices, give bonuses, and set specials.
The CyberWash system features several marketing programs including the Wash Loyalty program which rewards repeat customers with free wash cycles based on usage and the Wash Dry Transfer program which offers free dry time based on washer usage. There’s also an exciting Mystery Vend program which gives your customers a surprise free vender after a predetermined number of cycles. Additionally you can provide cycle-based pricing on some brands and charge more for added services like an extra wash, spin, or delicate cycle.

In the unlikely event that there is a failure of the internal operating system, the laundry can still be used by switching to SmartCards which can also be read by a CyberWash CardSlide.

Several different VTM™’s which work with the CyberWash system, allow your customers to add value to their SmartCards and MoneyCards. At ESD® we offer a variety of VTM™’s, from a basic cash-to-card machine to a customer-friendly interactive touch screen. Depending on the type of machine, they are capable of accepting both cash and cards.
CardSlide Readers are easy to set up with the use of Management Cards. All CardSlide Reader networks come pre-configured and the Management Cards allow you to control and test this connection. The cards also allow you to test machines once you install without having to use personal debit cards of credit cards.
Our account manager software conveys total accountability allowing full system control over laundry operation. By providing income reports on all of the revenue collected broken down by each machine, it allows you to access the reporting you need and manage each reader from a remote location.
This ESD® smartphone app is available for both iPhones and Androids. To start, your customers simply download the CyclePay app, sign in to add value, and by entering the machine number or scanning the QR code, can easily start the machine and pay. One the machine has started your customer can head out and simply wait for the notification on the app that their laundry is done.
