Customizable Loyalty Cards

CyberLaundry uses personalized magnetic stripe loyalty cards which customers can add value to using a Value Transfer Machine (VTM™). Since these personalized loyalty cards use magnetic stripe technology, they are inexpensive to use because there aren’t any processing fees.

MyLaundryLink

MyLaundryLink is an internet-based management software that allows you to remotely manage each CardSlide reader, make instant changes to the CardSlide programming, and get the real-time reports you need, right when you need them. Another added bonus of this powerful software is the email alerts vended laundry owners receive when laundry equipment is inactive or broken.

CyberLaundry CardSlide Readers

CyberLaundry utilizes a variety of CardSlide Readers including SmartLink/SerialLink and CrossLink CardSlides. SmartLink/SerialLink readers do not accept coins and are installed where a coin box is normally located. They offer the unique advantage of also accepting SmartCards, which are designed to operate even when there is a loss of internet connection. CrossLink readers continue to accept coins in addition to credit cards, debit cards, and loyalty cards.

Value Transfer Machines (VTM™)

Several different VTM™’s which work with the CyberLaundry system, allow your customers to add value to their loyalty cards. Select from an economical cash-to-card machine, or an advanced touch-screen VTM™ which loads monetary value onto loyalty cards through cash, debit cards, or credit cards.

Management Cards

CyberLaundry CardSlide Readers are easy to set up with the use of Management Cards. All CardSlide Reader networks come pre-configured and the Management Cards allow you to control and test this connection. The cards also allow you to test machines once you install without having to use personal debit cards of credit cards.

CyclePay App

This ESD® smartphone app is available for both iPhones and Androids. To start, your customers simply download the CyclePay app, sign in to add value, and by entering the machine number or scanning the QR code, can easily start the machine and pay. Once the machine has started your customer can head out and simply wait for the notification on the app that their laundry is done.

Your customers will love the easy-to-use app which, when linked to a loyalty card, they can easily view past transactions and check the balance on their account. As an added bonus, owners and operators can also push promotions and news directly to your customers smartphones.
